I know that street art might be a bit controversial for some but I find it really inspiring. This incredible mural by Jana and Js on the streets of Strasbourg (France) blows my mind! Street art is wonderful, cause everyone can see it. It's free, and it can also be some of the best art you've ever seen. What's not to LOVE?!

i think this is incredible. it would definitely make me stop and think and in my opinion, that's a sign of good art. i'm a huge fan of street art, i think it's good for a city to have that kind of culture.

This is a hard subject.
Street art done in the correct way I have no problem with at all but defacing historic buildings with what some consider art, AKA Tagging not so great.
I think it does make a statement but it sometimes makes the "respect others private property" rule go out the window for the younger generation to abide by.
Such a hard topic to agree on.

It definitely makes you feel something...you would have to have a heart of stone to not feel something looking at that incredible mural.
Beyond the emotion..my mind goes to the talent someone has to possess to do something of that size and magnitude....nothing short of amazing.

I LOVE it! I did a unit on street/graffiti art when I taught high school art. The students were captivated!

i like good street art :) the problem is that most of it isnt good, haha. my favorite is swoon and justin supine.
i've seen in some neighbourhoods how street art beautifies a neighbourhood. So, I agree wholeheartedly that there should be more.

I'm a big fan of street art. As long as it is done in a respectful manner it enhances the urban space in a wonderful way.
Lately we have heaps of murals everywhere around Adelaide, and it is awesome.
I enjoy those arty pieces so much when I walk around.
The detail is amazing. She seems very vulnerable and scared. I wonder what the artist was thinking!
